--a new implementation is needed which is going
to be simpler and lighter. Removing the current
implementation, parabolic effect works just fine
without issues and feels more responsive.
--the new implementation relies on items in order to
forward scale signals properly to their neighbours. So
parabolic effect does not have to know separators and
hidden items any more. As it appears it is lighter
also and more responsive. This is a very important
milestone for the parabolic effect.
--case 1: first left applet neighbour of Tasks was not
clearing its zoom if the mouse was entering too fast
the Tasks applet from the applet direction
--case 2: first task in Tasks was not clearing its zoom
when the applet triggering the clear zoom effect was too
far from the Tasks

--support properly applet separators. This is the
first part, in the future the margins for them
should be updated correctly and the edge cases,
for example when the applet separator is next to
tasks plasmoid
--the parabolicManager is informed about the applet
ids for hidden applets and separators. This way the
manager can process the signals for parabolic effect
much better and correctly
--all messages concerning parabolic effect are calculated
and send through the ParabolicManager. This will help
a lot in maintainance and in many cases in the future
such as, separators, hidden applets and clearing zoom
properly
