--use internal edit mode to wm's visibilitymanager.
More specific use it in AlwaysVisible mode in order
to not publish the new struts because the animations
have ended.
--this way the Layouts menu in now accesible
even from plasma taskmanagers. The codebase is also
the same for every component that is showing its
menus.
