--in multiple layouts mode in the past the activities
icons could be used in order to identify layouts in
settings dialog. This is now dropped and only the
layout icon and background are used.
--in the past a layout could draw more than
own icons in order to be identified. Now
things are simplified and at all cases ONLY ONE icon
is chosen for each layout based on criteria.
In all cases if the user has chosen a specific
icon for its layout that is respected for all
drawing cases.
--following plasma systemsettings changes indicator,
layout editor is now also providing an orange circle
in order to indicate that a layout has changes
