Michail Vourlakos 4cc4bfd6de REFACTOR WindowsTracker to provide more information 
--View::WindowsTracker now provides all the time
information about CurrentScreen and AllScreens!
This way all consumers (Latte::Containment, Applets etc.)
can choose whatever suits them best.
