Changes: * Rewrite `i18n` package with a more clear fallback mechanism. Fix an unstable `Tr` behavior, add more tests. * Refactor the legacy `Paginater` to `Paginator`, test cases are kept unchanged. Remove two unmaintained vendor packages `i18n` and `paginater`. Changes:
