Demo/CORTEX_MPS2_QEMU_IAR_GCC add path to IMAGE and remove mapfile (#1223)

For Demo/CORTEX_MPS2_QEMU_IAR_GCC gcc Makefile:
- simplify IMAGE var to already include full path
- clean target also removes mapfile
